Strange Owl is the “holy grail” of bird biology [Pics]

Conservationists working in Peru recently came across a bird so rare that the American Bird Conservancy described the sighting as “a holy grail” of bird biology, not surprising when there are only thought to be 250 of the “strange owls” in existence.
